Ultimaker Robot March

March of the Robots: Ultimaking's Ultimaker will be on show at the Personalize Pavilion, part of TCT Live, this September

www.prsnlz.me is proud to be collaborating with the leading UK event for 3D Printing and Additive Manufacturing, TCT Live, to bring you the Personalize Pavilion: THE place for makers and consumers to get real with 3D Printing.

While prsnlz.me is the perfect way to stay abreast of all the news and views from this fast paced industry, nothing beats the ability to get the parts in your hands and grill the machine makers on exactly what you can and can't achieve with their kit. The Personalize Pavilion at TCT Live brings you up-close and personal, for FREE, with the leading lights of the 3D world.

We are delighted to be able to welcome Ultimaking Ltd, the team behind the Ultimaker, to this inaugural event. Having sold over 1000 Ultimakers in the first year of trading, Ultimaking Ltd can be considered as one of the pioneers of the burgeoning 3D maker movement.

The Ultimaker has been well received by the industry, with its ability to print in 0.01 mm laters, speed of printing and support for printing with bio-degradeable PLA filament seen a the major benefits of the DIY system. Indeed, the fact that the Ultimaker is a DIY printer means that users really have a deep understanding of how the machine works — perfect for those (hopefully rare!) occasions when something goes a bit wrong!

If you would like to see the machine, the team and the parts for yourself, for FREE, simply visit www.tctshow.com and register as an attendee. The parking is free, the Wi-Fi is free, the entrance is free — hopefully you'll save enough money to buy an Ultimaker?!

Printing Metal Objects

There is a product called J-B WELD composed of steel reinforced epoxy. Some company should make a 3D printer that makes usable parts and tools with something like the product mentioned above. I live in a rural area where there is a great deal of farming. I can envision the possibility of making usable parts for farm equipment that breaks.
